Each of your 3-Day Passes has been pre-loaded with all three PBR events. With no additional tickets to carry, your pass will allow you to:
Simply bring it with you to PBR at Rogers Place show it to the Guest Experience Ticket Host to scan your way into the event.
If printing or transferring a ticket, the printed or transferred ticket becomes valid for entry to that event night and the barcode on your PBR 3-DAY PASS will be deactivated for that event night. During the transfer process the barcode is cancelled for the selected event only and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent an email with instructions on how to log in to Account Manager to print or download the new ticket. Tickets can be printed using any standard printer or accessed easily on your smartphone via the Rogers Place Mobile Account Manager.
The biggest benefit of your Rogers Place Mobile Account Manager is the ability to view and access barcodes beginning 48 hours prior to event time, from your mobile device for entry to all PBR events at Rogers Place.
In addition, Mobile Account Manager allows you to log in to your account, transfer tickets, accept or decline transferred tickets and post your tickets for resale.

After regular business hours on event days, or on weekends, please proceed to the Rogers Place Box Office located inside Ford Hall or call us at 780-409-3764. The Rogers Place Box Office is open a minimum of two hours prior to event time or 30 minutes before the doors open.
Lost tickets can be reprinted, beginning 48 hours prior to event time by logging in to your Rogers Place Account Manager.
Original barcodes will be deactivated and new tickets with a different barcode will be activated and printed. Only the new tickets will grant access to Rogers Place.
Changes to address, telephone numbers or other account information can be updated through your Rogers Place Account Manager or submitted in writing with the signature of the primary account holder. Corporate account changes must be on company letterhead.
