What is the best way to get to Rogers Place by LRT?
We recommend taking the Capital Line to Bay/Enterprise Square Station. With more frequent trains operating, this is the quickest and most convenient option for guests coming to Rogers Place via LRT. Upon exiting the station, walk north along 103 St until you reach 103 Ave, where you will find the entrance for Pedestrian Portal with to access Ford Hall.
Where can I find parking?
With more than 18,000 stalls within a 10-minute walk to Rogers Place, there is plenty of parking available Downtown. Guests are encouraged to reserve and pre-pay for parking through Reef Events (found on the Rogers Place App under “Getting Here”) to help ease traffic and expedite the time guests spend looking for parking.
How do I enter Rogers Place?
104 Ave Entrance — from 104 Ave and 102 St, head up the main staircase to enter the south entrance at Ford Hall, or follow the public corridor past the Downtown Community Arena towards the north entrance.
North Entrance — Taking the staircase up from the LRT entrance, you can enter at the north gates, or follow the public corridor around to the south entrance to enter through Ford Hall.
Pedestrian Portal — From 103 Ave and 103 St, follow the pedestrian portal up through Ford Hall to enter through the south gates into the arena.
*Tip: To avoid heavier traffic on the south side of the building, we recommend entering from the north entrance by the MacEwan LRT station.

Do you accept Debit or Credit?
Yes! Debit and credit is accepted at every concession and for merchandise. Our Wi-Fi and POS systems are built to speed up transaction times.
What is the latest I can arrive?
Rogers Place security and Guest Services staff will be able to assist guests entering throughout the duration of the concert.
What are the set times?
If/when set times become available, they will be tweeted or retweeted on the official Rogers Place Twitter account.
Where do I enter if I have a reservation at Curve?
For those with reservations to the Curve restaurant before doors open, please enter through the Scotiabank Premium Entrance at 104 Ave and 102 St.
When does Will Call open?
Tickets held for Will Call pick-up from the Rogers Place Box Office are available for pick up two (2) hours before every Rogers Place event. Guests are required to provide the following information for Will Call ticket pick-up:
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Your Ticketmaster Order Number
- The Credit Card used to purchase the tickets
