Rogers Place Pedestrian Portal CLOSURE TONIGHT

Edmonton Oilers vs. Carolina Hurricanes
Tuesday, October 17, 2017

Due to the potential for severe winds, the Pedestrian Portal off of 103 Ave and 103 St WILL BE CLOSED for tonight’s Edmonton Oilers vs. Carolina Hurricanes game.

Oilers Entertainment Group and PCL track the wind forecast on an hourly basis and has determined the active construction site in which the portal resides could pose a safety threat for guests coming to Rogers Place tonight.

Thank you for your understanding and patience on this matter. The safety of our fans and guests is our number one priority.

Guests can access Rogers Place from the following locations:

  • 104 Ave: Guests may enter through the lobby off of 104 Ave on the southeast corner beside the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino. Fans will be able to access Ford Hall from this entrance.
  • North Entry: Guests may enter via the Metro line LRT station along 105 Ave through the north side and utilize the north entrance, or take the corridor to the Ford Hall entrance.
  • Parkade: Premium pass holders will be able to access the arena from the parkade level where there are three (3) entrances with a total of seven (7) elevators. Guests will have their tickets scanned at this point.
