Online Account Manager is your one-stop-shop for Edmonton Oilers, Edmonton Oil Kings and Rogers Place event ticket management. Manage your account online and get the most from your Season Seat, Power Pack and ticket investment. It’s simple. It’s fast. It’s convenient.
Account Manager allows you to access your event tickets, update your account profile, track seat usage throughout the season, email your tickets to friends and family, make payments, and sell tickets (if applicable) on Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Resale.
Tickets can be accessed through the Account Manager or Ticketmaster websites. Where to access your tickets will depend on how and where they were purchased.
If you are having issues accessing your tickets please stop by the Ford Hall Box office upon arrival to your event for assistance or contact our Ticketing & Customer Services Team ahead of your event at 780-414-GOAL (4625) or info@edmontonoilers.com.

The Rogers Place Box Office is located on the southeast side of Rogers Place in Ford Hall.
Regular Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
Friday: 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: Closed.
Hockey Game Day Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 12:00 PM until beginning of third period.
Friday: 9:00am until beginning of third period
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 12:00 PM until beginning of third period.
Live Event Day Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 12:00 PM until one hour after show start time.
Friday: 9:00am until one hour after show start time

At Rogers Place, we warmly welcome children-under 24 months of age to join their families without the need for a separate ticket. If these little ones can comfortably sit on the ticket holder’s lap and their presence doesn’t hinder the view or comfort of other guests, they are free to enter. However, for children aged 24 months and older, a ticket is required to access Rogers Place. It’s important to note that certain shows, especially those designed for children, may have specific ticket polices that require all children, including those under 24 months, to have a ticket. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with any event-specific guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for you and your family.
At Rogers Place, we genuinely value the input of our Fans. We actively encourage you to share your feedback, whether it be a compliments, comments, or concerns, as we strive for continuous improvement. To ensure your voice is heard, we provide multiple channels through which you can express your thoughts.
During an event, our dedicated Rogers Place staff members are readily available and approachable. You can conveniently connect with them or visit our Fan Service Centres located at Section 121, Section 129, and Section 230 to share your feedback. Rest assured, our attentive Rogers Place team will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, promptly, efficiently, and in an appropriate manner.
To enhance accessibility, we have implemented a convenient texting system for reporting any concerns during the event. Simply send a text to 587-207-HELP (4357) if you require immediate assistance or wish to express a concern.

Electronically Sending Your Tickets to the Will-Call Window
If email transferring your Edmonton Oilers or Edmonton Oil Kings tickets is not an option (your recipient does not have an email address or mobile phone), you may have your tickets left for your recipient at the Will-Call window at Rogers Place, at the Ford Hall Box Office. Individuals picking up tickets from Will-Call will be required to present valid government issued photo ID. Tickets are only available for pick-up three hours prior to the start of the event that is being attended.
- Log into your Edmonton Oilers or Edmonton Oil Kings Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the game you wish to manage.
- Click Transfer.
- Click to choose specific seat locations, then click Transfer to confirm.
- Enter the name of the recipient and use the email address willcall@edmontonoilers.com and click Transfer.
- Please note this email inbox is not monitored. If you are experiencing issues transferring your tickets please call or text 780-414-GOAL, or visit the Rogers Place Box Office during our regular hours of operation.
This option is only available for tickets managed through the Account Manager website.

Ticket Will Call: If picking up tickets, please arrive at the Box Office early to avoid delays. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order along with Government Issued Photo ID. Tickets will not be printed until 48 hours prior to the event.

Ticket resellers are not recognized ticket agents of Rogers Place, the Edmonton Oilers, Edmonton Oil Kings or Oilers Entertainment Group. Guests purchasing tickets from a private reseller, intentionally or not, risk being refused entry to Rogers Place. Rogers Place strongly recommends all guests purchase their tickets from our only authorized ticket partner, Ticketmaster.ca, to avoid the possibility of counterfeit, stolen, or other invalid tickets.
