Recharge, reset, and reconnect back to yourself with a 60 minute full body restorative class in the beautiful Ford Hall in Rogers Place on Wednesday November 17th at 7pm. As we transition into winter, come align your energy with nature’s cycle of slowing down as we take this hour to turn our attention and energy inwards. Yoga is an inner exploration and journey that speaks to something deep within our souls. Under the guidance of our breath and sensation, we will take a deep dive into the sacred space inside. The slow and steady rhythms of this restorative style practice will help us foster steadiness and stillness within the body and mind. This hour is for you to go in and lead yourself back home.
Class is accompanied with live music and instruments by Cody Homa and Sebastian Bolessa to help usher you deeper into your practice. A portion of all ticket sales are donated to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners as modifications will be offered to ensure everyone has a safe variation of each posture to explore. Please bring your own mat and water bottle! Dress warm and bring a blanket or something warm to slide over you during savasana! Kids under 12 are FREE!
Please note, safety is our top priority. All attendees must be vaccinated or show proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the event. Masks are required until you are on your mat and it is your choice to practice with one on or not. Social distancing practices will be adhered to with a 6 foot space between each attendee.
