For events beginning September 28, each fan aged 12 and older must have a government- issued ID and present proof of one of the following for entry into Rogers Place:

  • Receipt of full COVID-19 vaccination, meaning the full series of a World Health Organization approved COVID-19 vaccine or combination of accepted vaccines, received at least 14 days prior to the day of the game
  • A negative COVID-19 test result from a healthcare provider taken within 72 hours of the game’s scheduled start time (i.e. if a game is on a Saturday at 3:07 p.m., the test must be taken any time beginning Wednesday at 3:07 p.m.)

Fans aged 11 and younger are not required to provide a negative COVID-19 test when accompanied by a parent or guardian that provides the above proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result.

There are no other changes to Rogers Place health and safety protocols at this time. Face coverings are still required for all fans aged two and older while on Rogers Place property, except when actively eating or drinking in their seats.

All staff, vendors, contractors, and media are required to provide proof of full vaccination prior to being issued credentials for working at Rogers Place. A negative COVID-19 test is NOT an acceptable alternative.

Documentation Required for Proof of Full Vaccination

Proof of full vaccination must be in the form of documentation issued by the public health authority that administered the vaccine (for example: Alberta Health COVID-19 vaccination receipt; MyAlbertaHealth Vaccination Record (pictured below), a government-issued vaccination record or receipt from another Canadian province or territory; a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued vaccination card; or record of vaccination from the healthcare provider that administered the vaccine(s)).

The documentation can be displayed either on a mobile device or through printed documentation.

Please reference the World Health Organization’s website for a list of currently accepted COVID-19 vaccines.

Documentation Required for Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test

Fans aged 12 and older who are not fully vaccinated, are unable to receive a vaccination for medical reasons, or otherwise do not show proof of full vaccination, must provide proof of receipt of a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen or PCR test (within 72 hours of the event’s scheduled start time). No other type of COVID- 19 test will be accepted. For clarity, self-administered at-home tests will not be accepted for fan entry.

Documentation evidencing a negative COVID-19 test result will only be accepted if the documentation has been provided directly by the healthcare provider that administered the applicable test. The documentation can be displayed either on a mobile device or through printed documentation.

There is no fan COVID-19 testing on-site at Rogers Place. Any cost associated with obtaining a COVID-19 test is not included in the ticket price and, if applicable, is the responsibility of the ticket holder.

Individual ticket holders who test positive for COVID-19 during the applicable COVID-19 testing window will not be permitted entry into Rogers Place.
