Edmonton Arena District Joint Venture Announces RBC Dominion Securities as Major Tenant of Edmonton Tower

RBC Dominion Securities to occupy two floors of state-of-the-art tower in downtown Edmonton


EDMONTON
(May 13, 2015) – The EAD Joint Venture announced today that RBC Dominion Securities (RBC DS) will become a major tenant of Edmonton Tower. RBC DS, a part of RBC Wealth Management Canada, is scheduled to occupy two floors of the 27 storey tower in 2018.

Set to open in fall 2016, the Edmonton Tower is a state-of-the-art, 27 storey structure that is an integral component of the Edmonton Arena District. Located at the corner of 101st St. and 104th Ave., the Tower is being built to LEED Gold standards and is currently 80 per cent leased with the City of Edmonton as its anchor tenant.
