Fans aged two and older are required to always wear face coverings while on Rogers Place property, except when actively eating or drinking.

Face coverings must be made with at least two layers of breathable material and fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin and against the sides of the face.

Based on public health guidance, neck gaiters; open-chin triangle bandanas; face coverings containing valves, mesh material, or holes of any kind; costume masks; or clear face shields worn on their own, are not acceptable forms of face coverings.

Rogers Place will undergo increased cleaning and sanitization pre, during, and post-event, particularly in high traffic and high touch areas. Hand sanitizer stations will be readily available throughout the venue for fan and staff use. Staff will clean seats prior to fans entering their section.

Rogers Place has adopted mobile ticketing for all events. The Rogers Place App is a free, safe, and convenient way to access your Rogers Place event tickets online through Account Manager.

50/50 Icon

The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation (EOCF) is back for the upcoming Oilers season and will be available during all Edmonton Oilers home and away games. There are also some new and exciting enhancements to the 50/50 program that will give Albertans more chances to win big!

As we prepare to welcome fans back to Rogers Place, the in-game experience will also look a bit different as we shift to a cashless system. Fans will need an email address and will be required to use their mobile device to purchase 50/50 tickets. 50/50 Ambassadors will be available throughout Rogers Place to provide fans with assistance with their 50/50 ticket purchase if needed.

To ensure a safe environment for fans, eliminate unnecessary contact at entry gates, and to accelerate fan entry into the arena, the NHL and Rogers Place have implemented a No Bag Policy that prohibits all bags from being brought in to Rogers Place by fans.

Small clutch bags and wallets are still permitted

Exceptions to this policy will be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items after proper x-ray inspection. To assist with entry into Rogers Place with a medically necessary bag, please contact our Ticketing & Customer Services Team in advance of the event at 780-414-4625 or
