ACCOUNT SECURITY UPDATE: CONFIRM YOUR VERIFICATION NUMBER

As part of Ticketmaster’s ongoing efforts to increase account security and combat fraudulent behaviour, please be aware of an important update that may affect the next time you log into your account.

In the coming days, Ticketmaster will implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for ticket management within Oilers, Oil Kings and Rogers Place Account Managers. This will require you to verify your account using a mobile phone number.

We highly recommend you complete the following steps at your earliest convenience to avoid delays at your upcoming event(s):

  • Log into Ticketmaster.ca
  • Navigate to My Account
  • Find Profile Details under My Profile
  • The phone number on your profile will be used for text verification. Review that this number is current and update if necessary.
  • Please note, this action must be completed via an internet browser, and not directly in the Ticketmaster mobile app.

As always, for the smoothest entry through the Rogers Place gates, we strongly encourage you to load tickets prior to arrival.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If you’ve requested a code be sent to your email, be sure to check your junk and spam folders
  • If you switch to a different browser (ie Chrome, Firefox etc.) or an incognito browser you will be asked to authenticate each time
  • If you have VPN software on your phone you may have to disable it to ensure your Apps function properly for ticket management

I didn’t receive the code or my code has expired. What should I do?

Request a new code to be sent to you by selecting Request a New Code. If you’re still having issues, try these helpful tips:

  • Refresh your screen and enter the code again
  • Check that Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled on our phone
  • Enable roaming and ensure data is covered by your plan if you’re traveling
  • Restart the device and then have the code resent to you

What should I do if I can’t complete Two Factor Authentication?

Contact Ticketmaster Fan Support if you experience any of these circumstances:

  • I never received a code even after requesting a new one.
  • I don’t have access to the email account or phone number on file.
  • I’ve permanently lost access to the email account or phone number (i.e. switched jobs).
  • There is a service problem or the website is not responding.
  • I’ve exceeded the number of attempts for the selected action.
