There is no doubt we must learn to move the physical body, but it is just as important to learn how to R E L A X.

Join us for a 75 minute restorative yoga class in Ford Hall. We will be going deep into the body to observe what is going on physically, mentally, emotionally and use the postures and breath to help unwind tension and revitalize the body and mind. Longer holds in the postures mean we will be going into the connective tissue to create space, mobility, strength, and flexibility. The music will empower us to stay present and focused as we work through sensation, feeling, thought, and emotion. This time of year can be so stressful with school, work, life circumstances so come, sit down, be with yourself, and give yourself the care and attention you deserve.

This session is perfect for guests of all ages and yoga abilities – come experience a truly unique yoga experience for yourself.
