However, in the rare instance that your seat is damaged or in need of repair, we kindly ask you to reach out to the nearest Rogers Place employee for immediate assistance. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we are committed to resolving any seating issues swiftly and efficiently.

At Rogers Place, we warmly welcome children-under 24 months of age to join their families without the need for a separate ticket. If these little ones can comfortably sit on the ticket holder’s lap and their presence doesn’t hinder the view or comfort of other Fans, they are free to enter. However, for children aged 24 months and older, a ticket is required to access Rogers Place. It’s important to note that certain shows, especially those designed for children, may have specific ticket polices that require all children, including those under 24 months, to have a ticket. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with any event-specific guidelines to ensure a seamless experience for you and your family.

At Rogers Place, we genuinely value the input of our Fans. We actively encourage you to share your feedback, whether it be a compliments, comments, or concerns, as we strive for continuous improvement. To ensure your voice is heard, we provide multiple channels through which you can express your thoughts.

During an event, our dedicated Rogers Place staff members are readily available and approachable. You can conveniently connect with them or visit our Fan Service Centres located at Section 121, Section 129, and Section 230 to share your feedback. Rest assured, our attentive Rogers Place team will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, promptly, efficiently, and in an appropriate manner.

If you have lost or found an item during your visit, we kindly ask you to visit any of our conveniently located Fan Services Centres near Sections 121, Section 129, and Section 230.Our helpful staff will guide you through the process of reporting and retrieving lost items, ensuring that we do our utmost to assist you.

The operating hours for the Lost and Found are the same as our Box Office hours of operation which can be found here.

At Rogers Place, the safety and well-being of our Fans, especially children, are of utmost importance. In the event that a child or Fan becomes separated from their party, we have dedicated procedures in place to promptly address the situation.

If a child of Fan becomes lost, we kindly request that they be accompanied to the nearest Rogers Place staff member or directed to our Fan Service Centres located at Section 121, Section 129, and Section 230. Our trained staff members will provide immediate assistance and take all necessary steps to ensure the safe reunion with their party.

In cases where a parent or guardian is unable to locate a lost child, it is vital to immediately approach the nearest Rogers Place staff member. Our team is well prepared to respond promptly and efficiently to such situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, for safety reasons, we are unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or Fans. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our Safe in the Seat Program. This program provides additional measures and resources to enhance the safety of all Fans.

At Rogers Place, we are fully supportive of nursing mothers and their needs. To ensure a comfortable and private space for feeding, we recommend nursing mothers visit any of our dedicated Fan Service Centres located at Section 121, Section 129, and Section 230. Our friendly staff will be delighted to assist you and personally escort you to a secure room within the venue.

We understand the importance of providing a calm and secluded environment for nursing mothers, allowing you to comfortably tend to your child’s needs. Our commitment to your convenience and well-being is reflected in our dedicated space, ensuring that you can feed your child with peace of mind.

Rogers Place is equipped with Rogers phone charging stations throughout the venue. Rogers phone charging stations are located on the following levels: 100 Level, Mezzanine Level, PCL Loge Level, Studio 99 and 200 Level.

At Rogers Place, the safety and enjoyment of our valued Fans are our top priorities. To ensure a secure and pleasant experience, we are proud to offer the Rogers Place Safe in the Seat Program, which is available to all attendees at every Rogers Place event. In the unlikely event that you and your child become separated, the Safe in the Seat program is designed to swiftly reunite you.

To participate, simply visit any of our Fan Service Centres, where our friendly staff will provide you with a vibrant wristband for your child. This wristband will display your seat location, your child’s name, and a contact phone number. Additionally, we will register the child and guardian’s complete names, seat location, and phone number in our log.

The Safe in the Seat Program not only provides peace of mind but is also available to our Fans with special needs. We are committed to accommodating and prioritizing the safety of all Fans.

Rogers Place welcomes collapsible umbrella-style strollers for the convenience of our Fans. For the comfort and safety of all Fans, we kindly ask that strollers are not brought into the seating area. To accommodate our Fans, we provide a convenient stroller check-in service at our Rogers Place Fan Services Centres, located at Section 121, Section 129, and Section 230. Our helpful staff will gladly assist you in securely storing your stroller during your visit.

We take the utmost care in ensuring the safety of all checked items, please be aware that Rogers Place cannot assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.

At Rogers Place, we are committed to ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all our Fans. For individuals who require additional assistance, we off complimentary wheelchair escorts to and from their seats. Fans can easily request a wheelchair escort at any entry point of Rogers Place. Our friendly staff will assist and accompany Fans to their designated seating area. It’s important to not that the wheelchair escort will not remain with the Fan during the event, and the wheelchair will not be left with the Fan.

At the conclusion of the event, an escort will promptly return to the Fan’s seat and aid in navigating to the most convenient exit gate. Please be aware that our wheelchair escort are available exclusively on Rogers Place property and are not permitted to transport Fans beyond the arena premises.

Please keep in mind that the number of accessible seats may vary depending on the specific event and seating configuration. It’s important to note that, unless otherwise specified, the Floor area is not wheelchair accessible.
