Fans who ride their bike to Rogers Place can secure it at several conveniently located bike racks around the venue:

  • At the MacEwan LRT grounds, north of the tracks
  • Northwest corner of the Edmonton Downtown Community Arena
  • Rogers Place northwest sidewalk

Rogers Place is accessible to all Fans and is fully integrated in the downtown roadway and public transportation system.

Rogers Place opening will vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typical start times for Rogers Place events are as follows:

  • Regular Season Edmonton Oilers Games – Doors open 60-minutes prior to game time.
  • Regular Season Edmonton Oil Kings Games– Doors open 60-minutes prior to game time.
  • For other events, doors will generally open 60-minutes prior to event time. Please check your ticket for door times.

There are a variety of transit amenities available to assist you in your journey to and from Rogers Place, including:

  • DATS: Drop-off and pick-up will be located along the north side of 104 Ave in front of Rogers Place.
  • Accessible parking placards: Drop-off and pick-up will be located along the north side of 104 Ave in front of Rogers Place.
  • Vehicles for Hire: Drop-off and pick-up will be located in the designated area north of Rogers Place on 102 St north of 105 Ave.
  • Charter and Yellow Bus: Drop-off and pick-up will be located north of Rogers Place on 103 St north of 105 Ave. Taxis: Drop-off and pick-up will be located at the southwest corner of 104 St and 104 Ave.
  • Curbside drop-off locations: Located west of 105 St on 105 Ave and 104 Ave (by MacEwan University).

Rogers Place offers multiple convenient points of entry dependent on method of transportation, seating area, or simply Fan preference.

  • Ford Hall via ICE Plaza: ICE District is connected directly to Ford Hall where Fans can enter through the main gates.
  • North Entry Gates: Fans may enter via the MacEwan LRT Station along 105 Ave through the north side and utilize the north entrance, or take the corridor to the Ford Hall entrance.
  • 104 Ave: Fans may enter through the lobby off of 104 Ave on the southeast corner beside the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino. The Scotiabank Premium Entrance is also at this location. Fans are also able to access Ford Hall from this entrance.

Parkade: Parking Pass holders are able to access the arena from the parkade level where there are three (3) entrances with a total of seven (7) elevators. Fans will have their tickets scanned at this point.

You can access elevators in Ford Hall to the Ice District Central Parkade.

There are nearly 18,000 parking spots within a 10 minute walk of Rogers Place.

Rogers Place has partnered with Reef Events to provide over 4,000 parking spots for each event, available for pre-purchase online. Several nearby accessible stalls are also available for pre-purchase. Please see Reef Events to pre-purchase a spot.

Several parking lots within the downtown core have accessible parking spots available.

Edmonton’s downtown core has a comprehensive pedway system linking the Light Rail Transit (LRT) system to several office buildings. The pedway system consists of above ground, ground level and underground systems. To get to Rogers Place, Fans can follow the pedway system from any of the following LRT stations:

  • Churchill
  • Central
  • Bay/Enterprise Square

Rogers Place is conveniently located along multiple major public transportation routes including:

  • Bus routes with full access to Edmonton Transit System (ETS) and DATS services.
  • A new Metro line LRT stop on the north side of Rogers Place as well as LRT stops within walking distance of Rogers Place.
