The people behind Edmonton’s new downtown arena say it’s going to be the “best in the NHL.”
Media were given a tour of the site Monday.
Construction on the $480 million arena began in March. The four other components of the project — the community rink, LRT connection, pedestrian pedway and Winter Garden — bring the total cost of the project to $606.5 million.
