As we move into the second month of 2020, take the time to check back in, see how you’re doing and love up on yourself with February Yoga inside Ford Hall on Thursday, February 13th.
Restorative yoga is a practice we all need more of and definitely can’t get enough of. It’s a guaranteed relaxation technique that will leave the body and mind incredibly relaxed and restored. We can see the effects on our neurological and hormonal systems of living over stimulated and stressful lifestyles. The beneficial practices of restorative yoga can reduce worry, stress, and tension in the body and mind.
Join us in Ford Hall for a 75 minute restorative yoga class supported through live music by Cody Homa and Sebastien Bolessa. We utilize sound, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to help you unwind, slow down, and connect back to yourself. We finish the practice with a savasana soundbath, breathing techniques, and meditation so you leave feeling balanced and restored. Any day is a good day to give yourself the love and attention you deserve.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. No prior yoga experience required!
