A new year brings with it resolutions to better ourselves both emotionally and physically. Take yourself up on the pledge you made to improve your mind, body and soul with our January Yoga inside Ford Hall on Thursday, January 2!

Restorative yoga is a practice we all need more of and definitely can’t get enough of. It’s a guaranteed relaxation technique that will leave the body and mind incredibly relaxed and restored. We can see the effects on our neurological and hormonal systems of living over stimulated and stressful lifestyles. The beneficial practices of restorative yoga can reduce worry, stress, and tension in the body and mind. Join us in Ford Hall for a 75 minute restorative yoga class supported through live music by Cody Homa and Sebastien Bolessa. We utilize sound, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to help you unwind, slow down, and connect back to yourself. As we begin a New Year, this is a potent time to form new habits and let go of ones that are no longer relevant to your growth. We finish the practice with a savasana soundbath, breathing techniques, and meditation so you leave feeling balanced and restored. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. No prior yoga experience required!

Sit down with us, be with yourself, and give yourself the care and attention you deserve.
