Rogers Place is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located in various locations throughout the venue. Designated employees, in addition to our medical services providers, have been properly trained and certified to use the AEDs.

For the safety of all Rogers Place guests, aisles are to be kept clear at all times. Guests are not permitted to dance, linger, sit, or stand in Rogers Place aisles.
As a courtesy to our guests, Rogers Place will enforce the “Puck in Play” rule and restrict guests from accessing the seating area during live action. Rogers Place requests that all guests wait until a stoppage of play to leave or return to their seats.
Alcohol is served at most Rogers Place events. Our staff are trained in responsible alcohol management through the provincially mandated ProServe and ProTect Programs. All guests may be asked to provide a form of government issued photo identification such as a valid Driver’s Licence or passport which indicates the guest is at least 18 years of age. It is Rogers Place policy to request government photo identification from any guest appearing 30 years of age or younger. Any guest in the possession of alcoholic beverages on the premises may be requested at any time to produce identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages. Any guest who produces false identification, or provides alcohol to a minor, will be subject to eviction and reported to members of the Edmonton Police Service. Rogers Place reserves the right to eject anyone under the legal drinking age of 18 years who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises. Rogers Place reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who appears to be visibly intoxicated. Rogers Place will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a guest at one time and reserves the right to limit service to one drink per guest. Rogers Place will not serve alcohol to any guest whom we believe to be intoxicated. Our concourse alcohol service will end at least one hour prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. Guests are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages of any kind into Rogers Place and may be subject to eviction by doing so. Any purchase of alcoholic beverages are intended for consumption in Rogers Place only and may not leave the building.
Guidelines for scheduled alcohol service ending:
Edmonton Oilers Hockey Games – At the start of the third period.
Edmonton Oil King Hockey Games – At the start of the third period.
Concerts – At least one hour prior to the scheduled end of an event, usually once the main act takes the stage.
Trained service animals are welcome at Rogers Place to provide assistance to guests with disabilities. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. The service animal is required to rest in the seating area of the guest, not in the aisle.
Rogers Place recommends that guests contact the Ticketing & Customer Services Team at 780-414-LIVE (5483) or info@rogersplace.com in advance of their event to ensure we can appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and his or her animal. All other animals or pets are prohibited from Rogers Place.
To improve the experience of our deaf and hard of hearing guests, Rogers Place is equipped with a radio frequency assistive listening system for the main arena, the Edmonton Downtown Community Arena and Ford Hall. In consideration for fellow guests, signs larger than a poster board (22″ x 28″), signs on poles or sticks (of any kind,) or signs with inappropriate language will not be permitted. Signs may not be hung or posted anywhere inside the venue. For the enjoyment of all guests, signs must roll up under a seat and be displayed only during warm-up or breaks in play. Rogers Place welcomes all guests to capture their moments at all Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Oil Kings games through the permitted use of non-professional, non-flash still photography as long as the lens does not exceed 3” (detachable or non-detachable). The Rogers Place camera policy is subject to change for concerts and all other events at the request of the artist/performer/team. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic recording devices at their discretion.
Camping is not permitted inside or on the exterior of Rogers Place. Guests are welcome to line up in Ford Hall when the LRT corridor opens at 6:00 AM.

Children under 24-months of age can access Rogers Place without a ticket as long as they are able to sit on the ticket holder’s lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other Rogers Place guests. Children aged 24-months and older require a ticket to access Rogers Place. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) may have a different ticket policy that requires children 24-months and under to have a ticket.
Rogers Place Club Seats are available during all Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Oil Kings games. Located in the lower bowl, between the faceoff circles, guests can enjoy an exceptional hockey experience from the roomy 21-inch wide club seats. Guests also receive access to the exclusive North Mezzanine Club and Coventry Homes Club, conveniently located behind the seating areas featuring traditional and upscale food and beverage options as well as private washrooms.

Some concerts at Rogers Place may implement Ticketmaster Credit Card Entry. In these cases, the card you used to purchase your ticket is your ticket. Just show that card at the entrance along with Government issued photo ID and the Guest Experience Host will swipe it to provide entry.

Electronically Sending Your Tickets at the Will-Call Window
If sending is not an option (your recipient does not have an email address or mobile phone), you may have your tickets left for your recipient at the Will-Call window at Rogers Place, at the Ford Hall Box Office. Individuals picking up tickets from Will-Call will be required to present valid government issued photo ID. Tickets are only available for pick-up three hours prior to the start of the event that is being attended.

- Click to choose specific seat locations, then click Transfer to confirm.

Rogers Place opening will vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typical start times for Rogers Place events are as follows:

All Rogers Place guests are required to wear a shirt, bottoms and shoes at all times. Rogers Place management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items that display offensive text or images or any gang affiliation.
There are a variety of transit amenities available to assist you in your journey to and from Rogers Place, including:

Rogers Place offers multiple convenient points of entry dependent on method of transportation, seating area, or simply guest preference.
- Ford Hall via ICE Plaza: ICE District is connected directly to Ford Hall where guests can enter through the main gates.
- North Entry Gates: Guests may enter via the MacEwan LRT Station along 105 Ave through the north side and utilize the north entrance, or take the corridor to the Ford Hall entrance.
- 104 Ave: Guests may enter through the lobby off of 104 Ave on the southeast corner beside the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino. The Scotiabank Premium Entrance is also at this location. Guests are also able to access Ford Hall from this entrance.
- Parkade: Parking Pass holders are able to access the arena from the parkade level where there are three (3) entrances with a total of seven (7) elevators. Guests will have their tickets scanned at this point.
Rogers Place and Ford Hall have 14 escalators to assist guests throughout the venue. The escalators are conveniently located in:
- Ford Hall has five (5) escalators to take guests from street level to the Ford Hall entry.
- 104 Ave Entrance has one (1) escalator to take guests from street level to the corridor which connects them to the Ford Hall entry or the North Entrance.
- LRT Entrance has one (1) escalator to take guests from street level to the North Entry.
- North Entry has two (2) escalators to take guests from the Mezzanine Level to the 100s Level.
- 100 Level has four (4) escalators, two (2) will take guests to the 200 Level, two (2) will take guests to the PCL Loge Level.
- PCL Loge Level has one (1) escalator to take guests to the 200 Level.
Rogers Place is committed to providing guests the safest and most secure environment. Exiting and re-entering the building will not be permitted at Rogers Place. Once a ticketed guest has been scanned into Rogers Place, guests cannot exit the building and return during the event. Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) are available to assist any guest in need of medical attention at all Rogers Place events. The primary First Aid station is located on the 100 Level behind Section 130. A secondary location is available on the 200 Level behind Section 230. If you are unable to reach one of these locations, please notify the nearest Rogers Place employee for assistance or text 587-207-HELP (4357) with your emergency.
Guests should also be aware that during hockey games, pucks could be propelled into the spectator area with enough force to cause serious injury. Stay alert at all times while you are watching the game, including after the stoppage in play and during pre-game warm up.
Distribution of any type of advertisement (i.e. flyers) on Rogers Place property is not permitted. Guests would require prior written consent from Rogers Place in order to distribute any type of commercial or advertising material on Rogers Place property. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in eviction of the building and further legal and financial sanctions.

With 24,000 sq. ft. of public event space, Ford Hall is the main entrance to Rogers Place and also provides a pedway connection between Rogers Place and ICE District in downtown Edmonton.

Rogers Place is the first NHL facility in Canada to be LEED-Silver certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). This certification is based on environmental initiatives such as locally sourced materials and resources used in the construction of Rogers Place.
Rogers Place has also partnered with the NHL for the Rock and Wrap It Up Program where prepared but unserved food from events is donated to Edmonton’s Food Bank.

• Inappropriate displays of affection.
• Standing on seats or blocking the aisles.
• Refusal or inability to produce a valid ticket to venue personnel.
• Sitting in seats other than one’s ticketed seat.
• Entering clearly marked restricted areas.
• Any action that impedes the enjoyment of other guests including interference with the event or game.
• Violation of any municipal, provincial, or federal laws.
Our team has been trained to proactively intervene when required and Rogers Place is committed to engaging all guests in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.
Violators of the Guest Code of Conduct are subject to ejection without refund, banishment from the premises and revocation of season seats. Actions which constitute criminal behaviour, as defined by law, may result in arrest and prosecution.

Guests who have lost or found an item at Rogers Place can report it at any of our Guest Service Centres located near sections Section 121, Section 129 and Section 230. The operating hours for the Lost and Found are the same as our Box Office hours of operation which can be found here.
Lost children/guests should be accompanied to the nearest Rogers Place staff member or to a Guest Service Centre located at Section 121, Section 129 and Section 230. Parents unable to locate a lost child should immediately contact the nearest Rogers Place staff member. For safety reasons, Rogers Place is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests. Please see Safe in the Seat Program under the Guest Experience & Programs section above.
Rogers Place guests who have lost or misplaced their tickets have several options available to them. By logging into their online Ticketmaster account (individual event tickets) or Account Manager (Oilers and Oil Kings Season Seats/Power Packs/Flex Packs), guests can reprint at home or load the new tickets onto their phone.
Whether reprinted online or over the phone, the original ticket barcodes will become deactivated and the new tickets (with a different barcode) will be activated. Only the new tickets will be granted access to Rogers Place. In order to reprint stolen tickets via our Ticket Services Team (780-414-LIVE), your request must be accompanied by a police report.
Please note that only tickets purchased directly from official retailers (Ticketmaster, the Rogers Place Box Office, or Oilers Entertainment Group) are eligible to utilize the Ticketing & Customer Services Team (780-414-LIVE). Any ticket purchased through third-party resellers must be serviced by that respective party.
Media will access Rogers Place through the street level entrance on 104 Ave (beside the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino) for Oilers and Oil Kings games. Media can obtain their credentials at the Media concierge desk located near the Scotiabank Premium Entrance.
For concerts, media will access Rogers Place through the 104 Ave and 104 St Entrance, labelled Rogers Place Administration.
Rogers Place is unable to process meet-and-greet requests for any of the talent performing within the venue. Please contact the individual artist or team through their website.
Rogers Place features ICE District Authentics, with retail locations open during Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Oil Kings games throughout the venue; including four locations on the main concourse and three locations on the upper concourse (upper concourse locations subject to change for Oil Kings games). All retail locations offer a wide variety of official NHL and WHL licensed products.
Accessible to every fan who enters the building, the Molson Fan Deck is more than a bar, it’s an experience complete with custom food offerings at each end of Rogers Place. Located behind Section 107 and Section 115.
For those who don’t mess with perfection, we have you covered with our Caesar classic. For those looking for a fresh flair, however, we have no shortage of flavour-packed accessories – everything from bacon to pickle-juice infusion. Located behind Section 122.
For the safety of our guests, protective netting is hung above the glass behind both goals during all Rogers Place hockey games. Although the netting adds an extra precaution, we remind all guests to stay alert at all times while the puck is in play.
Rogers Place recommends all nursing mothers requesting a private location to breastfeed their children can visit any of our Guest Service Centres located at Section 121, Section 129 and Section 230 where we will gladly escort you to a secure room within the venue.
Three rows of premium seating and one row of drink rail seating in the attack-twice, offensive zone of the lower bowl. O-Zone Seats feature bar access immediately behind the seating area as well as full access to the Mezzanine Club.

- Items intended to create an optical distraction (laser pointing devices)
- Aerosol cans or noisemaking devices, whistles, cow bells, air horns and plastic horns such as vuvuzelas
- Any size pole or stick, including those associated with banners or flags
- All outside food and beverage
- Projectiles including, but not limited to, inflatable balls, frisbees and hula hoops
- Non-service animals
- Seat cushions, portable chairs
- Rollerblades, skateboards, scooters and bicycles
- Drones (unmanned aircraft systems) or other model aircraft

- Inappropriate attire or signage including all gang affiliations
- Rogers Place reserves the right in their absolute discretion to deny access for any item(s) deemed disruptive or a safety concern.
Rogers Place guests that inadvertently bring prohibited items to the venue have two options prior to entry being granted:
- Return the item(s) to a location of the ticket holder’s choice away from the venue. Rogers Place does not offer storage services.
- Voluntarily surrender the item(s) in amnesty for disposal. Items will not be returned.
Please note, prohibited items contravening federal law may result in criminal charges.
Rogers Place and its event operators/promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to allow or deny access of any item(s) depending on the nature of the event.
All Rogers Place guests are required to be alert and aware while the puck is in play. Pucks flying into the spectator areas can cause serious injury. If you are injured, please immediately notify the nearest Rogers Place employee. Guests are welcome to keep any pucks that enter the spectator area, however, as per NHL rules, guests are strictly prohibited from interfering with any game in progress. Any guest throwing a puck onto the ice or otherwise interfering with a game will be immediately removed from the venue.
Rogers Place is conveniently located along multiple major public transportation routes including:

Rogers Place welcomes all guests to capture their moments at all Edmonton Oilers and Edmonton Oil Kings games through the permitted use of non-professional, non-flash still photography as long as the lens does not exceed 3” (detachable or non-detachable). This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic recording devices at their discretion.
Rogers Place is committed to providing guests the safest and most secure environment. Exiting and re-entering the building will not be permitted at Rogers Place. Once a ticketed guest has been scanned into Rogers Place, guests cannot exit the building and return during the event.

Rogers Place’s first priority is a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. The Rogers Place Safe in the Seat Program is free and available to our guests at all Rogers Place events. In the unlikely event that you and your child are separated, Safe in the Seat will help to reunite you and your child as quickly as possible. Visit any one of our Guest Service Centres to receive a colourful wristband for your child to wear. Your seat location, child’s name and phone number will be printed on the wristband. We will also register the child and guardian’s full names, seat location and phone number for our log. The Safe in the Seat program is also available for our guests with special needs.
The centre-hung scoreboard is full high-definition (HD) and measures 14 metres (46 feet) wide x 14 metres (46 feet) deep x 11 metres (36 feet) high and weighs over 40823 KG (90,000 LB). It is the best quality 4-sided scoreboard in the NHL or NBA. Its primary elements consist of a full HD main replay screen, upper LED halo, lower LED halo, bottom central LED displays and a Rogers Place crown at the top. It provides a stunning HD imagine to every fan at Rogers Place.
The Scotiabank Chairman’s Club at Rogers Place is located just outside the Oilers Dressing Room and has been designed to deliver the most desirable and specialized guest experience available. This 3,000 square-foot premium club offers the ultimate in private dining, an exclusive vantage point of the Oilers movement between the dressing room and the ice surface as well as private access to premium lower bowl seating.

Rogers Place security is managed in-house and prides itself on providing professional protective services for all stakeholders. All guests entering Rogers Place are subject to walk-through metal detector screening and physical search. Rogers Place reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests. Any guest who declines the security screening may be denied entry or ejected from Rogers Place.
Guests with medical circumstances who prefer not to use a walk-through metal detector may request such accommodation. A physical search will be provided in place of the metal detector.
This trendy two-level premium club is located above the end of the ice surface. Sky Lounge features a full-service bar, in-seat beverage service and all-inclusive food through a variety of culinary choices.

For the enjoyment of all of our guests, Rogers Place is a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking, including the use of cannabis products and electronic cigarettes (vaping), is not permitted on Rogers Place property. Please be aware that guests will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the venue during events.
The Sportsnet Club is built for hockey fans. A two-level club that features hockey live on the ice, as well as coverage from around the NHL on the many screens in the Club. Located behind the goal just above the lower bowl, the Sportsnet Club features all-inclusive food with a rotating menu of casual favourites. Socializing within the club is enhanced by two full-service bars.
Rogers Place requests all guests remain seated during events, unless standing is accepted as normal protocol for the demographics of the event, in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is standing. Standing on seats or any other building structure is unacceptable and may result in ejection from the event.
Collapsible umbrella-style strollers are permitted at Rogers Place. Strollers are not permitted within the seating area of Rogers Place. Guests have the ability to check their stroller at the Rogers Place Guest Service Centres located at Section 121, Section 129 and Section 230. Rogers Place is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged strollers.
Located inside Rogers Place, Studio 99 offers elevated sports bar dining, both a la carte and buffet style, to ensure you don’t miss a minute of the game. During hockey games, a cooler building temperature is maintained to keep a suitable ice surface for play. For other events where the ice is covered with an insulated sub-floor, the building temperature will vary.

Rogers Place Theatre Boxes provide the ultimate in intimate upscale hosting. Located immediately above the lower bowl, each Theatre Box features comfortable armchairs and cushioned bar stools in a private, curtained environment. Immediately behind the Boxes is a private dining lounge with dedicated tables reserved for each Theatre Box. The lounge features premium meal service each game, as well as a full private bar. Washrooms are conveniently located throughout Rogers Place. All washrooms are accessibly compliant. Please ask any Rogers Place staff member for the nearest location.
In addition, and for the convenience of guests that arrive early to an event, washrooms located on the north side of the LRT corridor and at street level in Ford Hall open 2 hours before doors.
Empty water bottles are permitted, given that they are soft-sided, less than 750ml and have no logos or branding. Water bottles can be filled at water fountains located on the upper and lower concourse (see Water Fountains).
Rogers Place is equipped with two sets of drinking fountains for guests located on:
- 100 Level behind Section 110
- 200 Level behind Section 212
Rogers Place provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests who require additional assistance to and from their seats. Guests can request a wheelchair escort to their seat at any Rogers Place entry point. Please note that the escort will not remain with a guest during the event, nor will the wheelchair be left with a guest during the event. At the conclusion of the event, an escort will return to the guest’s seat and escort him/her to the most convenient exit gate. Additionally, escorts are available only on Rogers Place property and are not permitted to transport beyond the arena property. Please ask a Rogers Place team member for assistance when arriving to the venue.
The number of accessible seats may vary by event according to the seating configuration.
